Job Description

The Senior Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring effective management of billing, collections, and revenue integrity.

This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to drive operational improvements to maximize revenue and reduce denials.

  • Lead the revenue cycle team to achieve performance and financial goals
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the revenue cycle
  • Resolve complex billing issues and denials
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize revenue capture and processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
  • Proven experience in revenue cycle management
  • Strong knowledge of billing and collections processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with revenue cycle software and tools
  • Ability to work US hours from Monday to Friday
