Project Coordinator Job Summary

This role is ideal for a highly organized and skilled professional who can effectively coordinate and manage various projects across different departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for launching new projects, coordinating with team members, planning and analyzing data, streamlining communication with stakeholders, and maintaining operating standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage educational projects to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines to meet business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, students, parents, and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
