  • Communicating clear expectations, accountabilities, and growth plans to team members.
  • Ensuring bench time for consultants is used to enhance skills in line with technology roadmaps.
  • Aligning program scope with strategic business objectives.
  • Seeking feedback from Delivery Owners and conducting interviews of prospective candidates.
