We're seeking a skilled Senior FullStack Engineer to join our Product and Engineering teams.

  • This role will have you accountable for building and deploying innovative features that change customers' lives every day.
  • You'll work on trailblazing AI hiring tools, fully automated payroll solutions, and other components of our Employment Operating System.

We delivered almost 1,000 new features last year. As a Senior Engineer, you'll play a vital role in accelerating our product strategy.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving your squad to develop critical features for customers
  • Collaborating with global teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Writing automated tests for production codes
  • Developing and maintaining key components of web applications
  • Conducting testing and code reviews for yourself and colleagues
  • Mentoring Junior Engineers within your squad

Requirements
  • Highly skilled Software Development Engineer with 6+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in Server-side and RESTful API Development and integration
  • Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python)
  • Strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Passionate about learning, sharing knowledge, and mentoring teammates
