We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Work Services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and answer questions about company services
  • Assist customers with order processing and other transactions
  • Document customer interactions and updates in our CRM system

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or certificate in a related field (high school graduate/fresh graduate)
  • No experience required; willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
