NeksJob is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly, assist them in locating products, answer questions, and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Sales Support: Engage customers to understand their needs, suggest appropriate products, and upsell when necessary to meet sales targets.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, manage cash registers, and handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring that merchandise is presented attractively.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive working environment.

Required qualifications include at least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or SHS graduate, with a minimum of 6 months of experience as a customer service representative. The ideal candidate will be willing to work on-site.
