Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to drive organic search strategies for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will engage in daily search optimization to deliver performance results and participate in internal sprint meetings to craft ideal client work plans.

  • Execute a proprietary SEO playbook for client industries, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure account execution follows established methodologies, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights for reporting purposes.
  • Implement SEO tasks within a weekly planning framework, prioritizing initiatives that drive maximum impact.
  • Update websites through content management systems or direct code injection, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with design partners to ensure marketing campaigns utilize compelling content creative, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct technical SEO health checks for web properties to ensure site compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Implement conversion tracking to support reporting needs, providing valuable insights into campaign performance.
  • Attend virtual client meetings to gather context and clarity on tasks, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Audit client and prospect accounts using a provided framework, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop search-friendly content for client websites using generative AI, enhancing user experience and driving search engine rankings.
Requirements:
  • Strong desire to grow and learn more, with a high degree of coachability.
  • Technically savvy, able to quickly understand how systems work.
  • Collaborative working experience as part of SEO teams, with a focus on teamwork and communication.
  • Understanding of digital customer acquisition, including channels and tactics.
  • Experience with content management systems and SEO software, with a strong proficiency in tools and technologies.
Education and Experience:
  • 2-4 years of professional services experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in SEO, with a strong track record of success.
