About the Role

We are seeking a skilled web developer to fill this pivotal position in our digital performance team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, updating and maintaining high-performance websites, ensuring seamless user experiences across Shopify and WordPress (Elementor). Your key responsibilities will include implementing custom web designs, developing websites on Shopify and WordPress (Elementor), enhancing site speed, reducing technical debt and improving overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cutting-edge web solutions on Shopify and WordPress (Elementor)
  • Drive business growth through data-driven insights and expert-level website optimization techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all web assets
  • Provide timely and accurate reports and updates on web projects and programs
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in client management, web development and communications
  • Proven expertise in web development (Shopify & Wordpress/Elementor) and digital marketing
  • Solid understanding of social and digital media advertising
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack and Asana is a bonus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
