Job Title: WordPress Developer

As a skilled WordPress Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and building responsive, user-friendly websites using the popular Content Management System (CMS). You will collaborate closely with design and content teams to bring website concepts to life and ensure high performance and availability.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to utilize their expertise in web development to create custom WordPress themes and plugins, manage front-end and back-end website development, and ensure seamless integration with all technical aspects of the CMS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build responsive, user-friendly websites using WordPress.
  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to enhance website functionality.
  • Manage front-end and back-end website development, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring website concepts to life.
  • Conduct regular website performance tests and troubleshoot content issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development and WordPress.
  • Perform website maintenance and updates as needed.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and staff.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
  • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
  • Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
  • Familiarity with website architecture and navigation features.
  • Knowledge of MySQL database management.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong understanding of website performance, security, and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
