Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise: Leverage expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, and Compensation Management.
  • Implementation and Troubleshooting: Implement and troubleshoot SuccessFactors solutions to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
  • Experience with internal and external Time Management integrations.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
