Marketing professionals play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer engagement. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

This includes managing and optimizing direct marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms, creating compelling high-quality content and visuals that resonate with our audience, leveraging data and insights to maximize ROI on all campaigns, building and maintaining a strong brand presence across multiple channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding, and preparing to lead guide and inspire a marketing team as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Manage and optimize direct marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
  • Create compelling high-quality content and visuals that resonate with our audience.
  • Leverage data and insights to maximize ROI on all campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence across FB IG TikTok and other channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Prepare to lead guide and inspire a marketing team as the company grows.

Proven experience in marketing ideally in direct and digital marketing is essential for this role. A strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and measurable results is also highly valued. In addition excellent understanding of marketing funnels conversions and customer engagement strong project management and organizational skills ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making deep social media expertise especially on Facebook Instagram and TikTok and ambition and leadership potential to eventually manage and lead a marketing team are all key requirements for this position.
