Cisco is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Engineer to support its customers in the Philippines.

Job Description and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and expertise for Cisco's products, ensuring high availability and performance of network infrastructure.

Key Objectives and Deliverables
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network issues, ensuring minimal impact on the customer's operations.
  • Act as a focal point for network problem resolution and provide Root-Cause Analysis as per contracted agreement with named customer.
  • Provide systems/product training to internal partners and customers.
  • Technical authority in a broad area covering multiple technologies. Apply expected product behavior across industry practices. Know how the technology is expected to work in the industry.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all support activities, configurations, and changes.
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • You have previous experience and knowledge of network environments.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting complex network issues in large-scale customer environments.
  • You can isolate and resolve problems, resolve root cause, and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction.
