Home-Based Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to customers across various industries.

Candidates must have prior customer-facing experience and reside within 80km of our office.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and self-manage effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving.
- Accurately document interactions and process claims.
- Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.
- Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer-facing experience
- Work from home experience
- Strong command of the English language
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
