Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to maintain schedules and deliverables for pre-project initiatives
  • Collaborate with market sales teams to identify customer needs and develop process design solutions
  • Conduct and lead design reviews to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Support project risk assessment sessions and develop frameworks for total cost of ownership calculations
  • Report and escalate any shortfalls or deviations to management
  • Benchmark quotations from suppliers and automation & electrical teams
  • Present solutions and features to customers during meetings
  • Detailed calculation of total project costs with supporting documents
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and support junior engineers
We Are Looking For
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in food technology, science, chemical, or mechanical engineering
  • At least 7 years of experience in food processing engineering
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygienic design principles is essential
  • Experience in quotation works is an added advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills are required for collaboration with international colleagues
  • The ability to handle uncertain situations and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong ownership and consistency in performance
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
