Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Manager to lead our internal QA projects and initiatives across multiple pods. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate and drive execution for cross-pod initiatives that require tight collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track internal QA projects and initiatives across multiple pods.
  • Coordinate and drive execution for cross-pod initiatives that require tight collaboration.
  • Establish efficient processes and rituals to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.
  • Background in QA, test automation, or engineering.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech company.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a pod-based or matrixed organizational structure.
