Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the coordination, submission, and quality oversight of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.

This role ensures all documentation meets contract, technical, and quality standards in compliance with DoD and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliverable Management: Manage the development, formatting, submission, and tracking of all CDRL deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain and improve a QA system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Internal Reviews: Conduct internal quality reviews of reports, data, and technical documentation.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with technical leads to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with contract specifications.
  • Compliance: Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD, ISO, and client standards.
  • Metrics: Document and track quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and QA for U.S. Government or international projects (within the last 10 years).
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of DoD DIDs, CDRL formats, and reporting standards. Skilled in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, audits, and document control.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
