The Facilities Coordinator Role

We seek a highly organized and multitasking individual to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator. This role involves ensuring the high cleanliness and safety standards of our campuses, sourcing new vendors, ordering supplies, managing inventory, and working closely with our Fulfillment department.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of our campuses.
  • Sourcing and communicating with new vendors as needed.
  • Ordering supplies and food for client visits.
  • Managing headset inventory and tracking spreadsheets.
  • Collaborating with the Fulfillment department and managing daily deliveries.
  • Organizing and following up on multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
