The Role

As an APAC Talent Resourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in realizing NCC Group's overall strategy and vision. You will work closely with TA Partners to source talent across various vacancies in the APAC region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative talent attraction strategies to identify top talent for current and future business needs.
  • Establish trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, centers of excellence, and high-caliber candidates.
  • Support the recruitment team in global talent enablement projects.
  • Manage data and admin in Workday to provide insights for Global TA Partners.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Previous E2E recruitment experience with high-volume vacancies
  • Strong relationship-building and management skills
  • Experience recruiting in the APAC Market (Philippines, Australia, Singapore)
  • Effective telephone interviewing skills and proven research/sourcing abilities
  • Decisive and able to deliver results while prioritizing multiple projects and candidates
