Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Prep Content Developer to join our team. This role will involve creating high-quality online educational resources aligned with our mission of making education accessible to all.

Responsibilities
  • Develop test prep curriculum and practice materials that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, content reviewers, and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning content
  • Incorporate learning science principles and design best practices to ensure the development of world-class test prep content
  • Manage exam taxonomies and alignment of prep materials with actual exams to maximize learner outcomes
  • Use technology and AI to improve efficiency and quality of test prep content development
  • Provide clear and ongoing support, feedback, and troubleshooting for freelancers working on project
  • Monitor project productivity and address issues to continuously improve productivity and quality
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in test prep content development, preferably US tests
  • Experience working in complex content management systems
