  • Develop and lead solution projects from concept through deployment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience developing with ESP32 microcontrollers or equivalent embedded hardware platforms.
  • Strong expertise in C and C++ programming for firmware, with a focus on efficiency and reliability in embedded systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve technical challenges.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end IoT or software projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, debugging tools, and modern development environments.
  • Mentoring junior engineers to raise overall team capability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring adherence to documentation standards, version control practices, and quality assurance processes.
