Low Voltage Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage multiple projects involving low-voltage systems from start to finish.

  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with the team.
  • Collaborate with technicians, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely communication and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Design and configure layouts for access control systems, surveillance cameras, and other low-voltage systems, working closely with technical teams to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system installation or equipment performance, collaborating with vendors and suppliers to find solutions.

Team & Ticket Coordination:

  • Manage service tickets for IRC, APS, and MAE contract services, assigning tasks to technicians and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, scheduling deliveries and ensuring seamless integration with ongoing projects.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Verify invoices from technicians and subcontractors, maintaining accurate records of project documentation.
  • Update project management tools to reflect changes in project status, milestones, and deadlines.

  • A solid understanding of construction workflows and building infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing complex low-voltage systems projects, with expertise in project management tools and techniques.
