Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage purchase agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation for buyers, sellers, brokers, and agents. This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in transaction management software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Review and ensure compliance with standard regulations regarding all documentation.
  2. Liaise with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to provide updates on transaction statuses.
  3. Coordinate the exchange of properties and necessary materials while providing closing statements to all parties involved.
  4. Develop and maintain a system for recording transactions for future reference.
  5. Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-year experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in transaction management software.
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level).
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
