Job Title: Data Analysis Expert

Are you a skilled data analyst looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level Data Analysis Expert to join our team.

This role contributes to the company mission by advancing data analysis, report development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with large amounts of data ensuring accuracy and readiness for analysis, and transfer to new formats
  • Provide in-depth analyses and actionable insights based on data trends and patterns
  • Communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way
  • Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in consolidating business requirements for report and dashboard creation, automation, and analytics needs
  • Collaborate with data engineers in designing and optimizing data pipelines
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL processes for large-scale data integration
  • Design and develop sophisticated, highly interactive reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools
  • Drive and enforce comprehensive data governance policies, ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align BI strategies with overall business goals
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and optimization in BI processes
Requirements:
  • Mastery of mathematics, statistics, computer science, programming, engineering, IT, or other related disciplines
  • Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse, ETL, OLAP Cube and Report design/development, and data modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight or similar
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and ERD
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM Analytics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at the C-Level
  • Able to work independently and in a team, rigorous, detail-oriented, and critical thinker
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience on Snowpipe development is preferred
