Job Description
The E-Sourcing Enablement Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the creation and execution of e-sourcing events under the direction of Global and Regional Category Managers. Key responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of current trends and system capabilities, supporting cross-functional supplier selection activities, and performing proposal analysis.

Responsibilities
• Supports the creation and execution of e-sourcing events and auctions
• Maintains knowledge of current trends and system capabilities
• Supports cross-functional supplier selection activities and formal e-sourcing and RFx processes
• Performs proposal analysis, including price analyses and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
• Builds relationships with the Procurement Value Enablement team to triage requests and collaborate on E-Sourcing projects

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Business field
• Good understanding of sourcing and contracting methodologies
• Experience with hands-on analysis and data interpretation
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related field with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites preferred
