Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to oversee and manage our company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Accounting: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing, Rent Roll/property Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flow forecasts.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of company bank accounts and credit cards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring they are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with taxation laws.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to prepare budgets and financial forecasts.

The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in a similar role, also have the following attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail, good organisation with an excellent ability to multitask.
