We are seeking a diligent Student Coordinator who can efficiently handle various administrative tasks to support our College Team members, consultants, and clients.
The ideal candidate has experience in education, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can produce quality research and present it in a comprehensive format. They must be resourceful, proactive, and flexible due to the fast-paced nature of admissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Communication: The Student Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring correct, timely, and effective delivery of all company communications.
- Research: The Student Coordinator conducts high-level research under the Consultant's directives to support client needs. Responsibilities include analyzing and recommending best-fit schools, summarizing college application requirements, identifying relevant summer programs, and curating extracurricular activities.
- Data Management: The Student Coordinator collects, organizes, updates, and maintains comprehensive client information to facilitate personalized services.
- Administration and Logistics: The Student Coordinator coordinates daily office activities to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Business Development: During the off-season, the Student Coordinator works on projects that contribute to the growth of the team and company overall.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or other related fields.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing productivity software, including Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience engaging and dealing with diverse children, teenagers, young adults, and their families in educational or community settings.
- Experience working successfully within multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative team environment.
