Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional results. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, managing schedules, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcription: Transcribe live or recorded calls, capturing key points discussed.
  • Call Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and daily call lists as needed.
  • Schedule Coordination: Schedule meetings with clients and team members, considering their availability and preferences.
  • Report Management: Generate reports on key metrics and performance indicators, adhering to deadlines.
  • File Organization: Maintain and update virtual files, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including email management and calendar organization.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and software, including Google Workspace and Zoom.
