**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in FP&A Retail Finance. As a key member of our group, you will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and relevant financial data production, reporting, analysis, planning, and forecasting to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate, analyze, and synthesize large amounts of financial and non-financial information from multiple sources.
- Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain templates of report packages, highlighting key issues and participating in issue resolution.
- Support the annual consolidated planning process, including investigation of trends, model projections, sensitivities, metrics, and preparation of presentation decks.
- Initiate improvements by exploring, identifying, and implementing reporting, analysis, and process solutions.
- Work closely with the North America business unit, stakeholders, and MBPS FP&A teammates to ensure a smooth reporting and planning process.
