About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Management Senior Analyst to join our team at Manulife Financial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day trade operations, including trade support, trade matching, trade settlement, and cash management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Front Office, Brokers, Custodians, and Internal Investment teams to resolve trade and cash queries and issues.
  • Actively manage risks related to trades and cash to avoid failed settlement.
  • Perform periodic trade and cash reporting for Onshore counterparts.
  • Improve business processes and controls to mitigate operational risks.
  • Effectively communicate significant production updates and challenges to Manager in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years related work experience.
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation) and must be willing to report on mid shift schedule.
