Job Requirements

We require a highly skilled Asset Tracking Coordinator to oversee inventory movements and ensure compliance with taxation regulations at BVLGARI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Retail Beanstore POS Interface to SAP, resolving interfacing errors and discrepancies.
  • Handle Accounts Payable invoices and allocate duties and handling charges to inventory received, including intercompany inventory invoice posting.
  • Coordinate shipment documentation, including BIERE/Exporters (invoices, AWB, packing List), Freight (customs duties declaration) to facilitate payments to overseas vendors.
  • Analyse stock discrepancies and prepare stock adjustment reports for management review and approval.
  • Optimise warehouse storage space and conduct bi-annual housekeeping to dispose of not in use items.
Experience and Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Inventory Controlling.
  • Possession of a Degree and some finance/accounting knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communicator with high integrity.
  • Fluency in Tagalog and English languages.
