We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Online Assistant. In this non-voice role, you will be responsible for assisting customers via chat and email with hotel bookings, changes, and inquiries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling hotel reservation inquiries, booking confirmations, and cancellations through chat and email.
  • Providing accurate and timely information about room availability, pricing, and policies.
  • Ensuring high-quality customer service in all written interactions.
  • Recording and updating customer information and reservation details in internal systems.
  • Following all company guidelines for quality and compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience in BPO or relevant customer service.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in computer use and typing.
  • Ability to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
