The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Designer to join our team in Manila. As a Multimedia Designer, you'll play a key role in creating engaging designs for our visual needs, working closely with the Lead Visual Designer, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance our communications and marketing activities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Create original artworks and designs, focusing on video editing and animation.
  2. Assist the Lead Visual Designer with design projects.
  3. Develop creative ideas for our design and marketing campaigns.
  4. Support our marketing and communication plans with your design skills.
  5. Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines.
  6. Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into your designs.
Your Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in visual design, particularly in marketing and communications. A strong portfolio with original artwork and successful projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere.
  • Strong design principles (typography, color theory, layout), video editing and animation, and innovative thinking are required.
  • Maintain brand consistency and adapt designs for global markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, efficient time management, adaptability to different design needs, attention to detail, and proactivity in suggesting improvements are essential.
