Job Title: Store Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Store Design Lead. As a key member of our retail marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visually appealing store designs that reflect the Jollibee Group brand identity.

About the Role:

  • Create brand visual identity development and roll-out of BVI in assets/applications like packaging, wares, uniform and nameplates.
  • Lead customer experience strategy and work together with HR, Restaurant Systems and National Business Channels teams to ensure that Chowking's service model and employee experience contributes to enhancement of customer experience.
  • Develop the retail store concept design that is aligned to Chowking Brand DNA, Brand Visual Identity and Experience Strategy, serving as brand consultant for Planning & Design and Operations during execution and roll-out of store concept in new and renovated stores.
  • Ensure project success by managing project spends within allocated budget and timely release of PO and closing of payables.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year program/course preferably in Marketing or Business-related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in ensuring brand and visual identity across all customer touchpoints (physical, digital, in-store premise, etc.).
  • Experience in branding, interior and industrial design principles.
  • Exposure to graphic design and architecture is a plus.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid working set-up).
