About the Role:

ACT (Machineries & Metal Craft) Corporation, a leading provider of high-quality machinery and metal craft products in the Philippines, is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Growth Professional to join its dynamic team in Isabela. This full-time role is integral to the company's sales strategy and will involve driving new business growth and maintaining strong relationships with valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory.
  • Effectively present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Accurately record and report on all sales activities and progress.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the machinery or metal craft industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory as required.
