ASIA NAVIS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION seeks a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Technical/Administrative Support Representative. This position is responsible for providing top-notch support services to our clients, ensuring seamless communication and prompt resolution of issues.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or Information Technology with administrative experience is required. At least one year of relevant experience is necessary, preferably in a helpdesk or customer support environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to emails, categorizing and seeking further information from customers, creating tickets in the helpdesk system, and providing first-line support according to the support matrix. They will also assign tickets to second-line support when necessary, follow up on all levels of tickets internally and externally, maintain and build the FAQ knowledge base, and perform phone watch and call forwarding duties.

In addition, the Technical/Administrative Support Representative will assist in customer project meetings, provide support, create minutes of meetings (MoM) for project meetings, file and document MoMs in internal tools under customer projects, assist in maintaining project plans for each ongoing project, create, share, and manage Performance Lite installations, conduct quality assurance and checks of customer systems, learn and train on new versions of products, and assist with product user experience and feature testing.
