Property Management & Business Development Professional

Our organization seeks a skilled Property Management & Business Development Professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our short and long-term rental properties. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.
  • Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports; perform financial analysis; ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
  • Perform administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: PHP 35,000-70,000 per month.
