
Pet Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will deliver timely and professional support to clients' customers across various communication channels.
Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms, providing assistance and resolution for common Marketplace concerns, reviewing and processing pet sitter applications, and performing booking modifications as requested by clients or sitters.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role handling phone, email, and chat interactions.
- Ideal candidate has worked in an Australian company before and understands the Australian market.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- Prior experience working from home permanently is required.
- Passion for pets is a significant advantage, as it enables effective communication with users who love pets.
