About Us

We're seeking an accomplished Motion Graphics Artist to spearhead animation projects.

This role is perfect for a creative professional who excels at crafting compelling motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality, visually engaging motion graphics for use in video content, social media, and educational materials
  • Translate scripts, storyboards, and verbal briefs into captivating animations that align with strategic goals
  • Collaborate closely with producers, editors, and writers to ensure seamless integration of visuals with editorial direction
  • Develop branded assets and visual templates that maintain consistency across content streams
  • Optimize animations for performance across various platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, LMS, etc.)
  • Infuse creativity and MEDDICC's voice into animations while adhering to brand guidelines
  • Manage multiple animation projects and timelines simultaneously
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop (Bonus: Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
  • An eye for detail and design, with the ability to animate both abstract and character-driven content
  • Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and sound design principles in motion work
  • Experience with brand-driven animation and social content creation
  • A collaborative mindset: open to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities
About You
  • At least 3 years of experience in animation and motion design (in-house or agency)
  • Able to bring fresh inspiration to the team and stay up-to-date with industry trends in motion design
  • Demonstrates polished, professional animation skills that reflect a bold, clear, energetic, and trusted tone
