Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Staff Accountant.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in accounting and financial analysis to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
  2. Maintain General Ledger: Record all financial transactions accurately in the general ledger system, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  3. Prepare Financial Statements: Generate periodic financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, providing valuable insights into our financial performance.
  4. Financial Reporting: Compile and analyze financial information to prepare reports and statements that meet regulatory requirements and enhance business decision-making.
  5. Reconcile Accounts: Ensure account accuracy by reconciling discrepancies and making necessary adjustments, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
  6. Month-end and Year-end Close: Lead or assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and providing critical support during internal and external audits.
  7. Handle Accruals and Prepayments: Manage accruals for expenses incurred but not yet paid and prepayments for expenses paid in advance, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  8. Assist in Audits: Provide necessary information and support during internal and external audits, demonstrating our commitment to transparency and accountability.
  9. Conduct Financial Analysis: Analyze variance and provide insights into financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business growth.
  10. Ensure Compliance and Reporting: Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial information.
