Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Iserve 360 Corp. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy that aligns with our company's goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, and colleges
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees to ensure they become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote the company's reputation as a 'best place to work'

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in Human Resource or a related field, preferably with a background in Recruitment and Selection. Experience in the same field is an advantage. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
