Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Iserve 360 Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing overall recruiting strategies that drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Recruitment and Selection, with experience in the same field being an advantage. A strong understanding of job analysis and design is also essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and platforms
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees to ensure a smooth transition
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team

Requirements:

• Graduate of Human Resource or any business-related course
• Background in Recruitment and Selection (plus an advantage)
• Experience in the same field (an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
