Job Title: Software Automation Tester

    We are seeking a skilled software automation professional to collaborate with our cross-functional team in delivering high-quality automation products across various platforms.

  • Contribute to the development of self-organizing teams that deliver high-quality product increments in short iterations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and achievable acceptance criteria.
  • Develop test plans and strategies, and perform manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Create and maintain test frameworks and automation tools to support continuous testing throughout the SDLC.
  • Integrate AI/ML-based tools to improve test coverage and predict defects.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration by automating tests and ensuring test environment stability.
  • Analyze test results, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
  • Engage in code reviews and promote standard processes for testability and maintainability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks.
Required Skills:

    The ideal candidate will have a strong orientation towards quality and customer satisfaction. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
  • Experience in Agile testing and contributions to other SDLC activities.
  • Experience in test automation frameworks, test planning, analysis, and design.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing automated and manual test scripts.
  • Familiarity with Agile testing approaches like TDD/BDD and best practices such as exploratory testing and risk-based analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:

    In addition to the required skills, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Protractor, Coded UI, Cucumber, Gherkin, Xamarin Test Cloud, TestFlight, SpecFlow.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language applied in desktop, mobile, and/or web development projects.
