Online Commerce Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Commerce Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of an e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage website operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Enhance product listings by adding detailed descriptions, visual aids, and specifications.
- Foster customer relationships and collaborate with content creators, influencers, and complementary businesses.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop concepts, layouts, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure stock availability and timely delivery.
- Develop and manage PPC advertisement campaigns and engage with audiences on social media platforms.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related fields.
- Proficiency in content, product, and inventory management.
- Understanding of SEO principles and non-technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
- Strong English communication skills (B2 proficiency).
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
