Key Responsibilities
  1. Builds strong relationships with internal customers such as HR Business Partners/Managers, Department Managers, and Division Heads to understand requirements, potential challenges, and necessary actions to deliver required service from the team.
  2. Implements strategies to ensure attainment of hiring goals of the Business Units in areas of Timeliness and Quality.
  3. Ensures documentation of the processes and status of applicants; identifies gaps and improvements in the staffing process.
  4. Coordinates interview schedules with hiring managers and ensures candidates are guided through the process.
  5. Prepares and discusses Job Offers for assigned accounts.

Job Qualifications

  1. Preferably a graduate of Psychology or any Behavioral Science Courses.
  2. At least 3-5 years of actual work experience in end-to-end Staffing/Recruitment process.
  3. Experience in Account Management is required for the role.
  4. Experience in interviewing and selection techniques.
  5. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
  6. Exposure to recruitment analytics is an advantage.
  7. Hands-on experience in online recruitment platforms.
  8. Good decision-making skills.
  9. Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid work set-up).
