Job Description:

The Senior Oracle Technical Lead is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality Oracle solutions to clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle technologies, including Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle EPM.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to teams delivering Oracle projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, innovation, and collaboration, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in Oracle solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) preferred.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in IT, with at least 15 years of experience in Oracle technologies and solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering complex projects in an offshore delivery center or similar environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle products, including but not limited to Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle EPM.
