Role Description

The primary objective of this position is to create innovative, high-quality content that showcases the capabilities of Generative AI in advertising. This role involves crafting compelling stories and engaging readers through various digital mediums.

  • Write, research, and conceptualize creative content that brings readership and encourages sharing while best demonstrating GenAI capabilities within a systematic delivery process.
  • Master a variety of brand voices, ensuring consistency and authenticity in messaging.
  • Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution, fostering effective collaboration and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Set tone and drive creativity, working closely with the creative lead to ensure creative excellence and meeting client expectations.
  • Maintain a high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Collaborate with our Training team to actively explore, implement, and explain new GenAI techniques to help our wider user base achieve high-quality creative outputs.
  • Participate in testing new GenAI features and provide feedback to drive platform improvements, contributing to the continuous development and enhancement of our tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong experience writing for digital, with a minimum of 3+ years of digital agency experience.
  • A powerful grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums, ensuring adaptability and versatility.
  • The ability to use data and insight to inform creative decisions, driving results-driven storytelling.
  • A flair for words, with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Conceptual thinking and the ability to work as part of a traditional creative team (designer and copywriter), fostering collaboration and synergy.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into engaging stories and content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Confident presenting and communicating clearly to other team members and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment, adapting to new challenges and priorities.
