Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing corporate payroll operations, ensuring compliance with financial policies and staff rules, and maintaining accurate records of employee salaries and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement payroll systems, procedures, and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration;
  • Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with HR, accounting, and other departments;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience in corporate payroll operations, preferably with knowledge of SAP/Oracle HR and payroll systems;
  • Demonstrated expertise in payroll systems, procedures, and regulations, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax laws;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
