As a skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will empower businesses to leverage technology and drive their mission forward.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and then recommend and configure technology-based solutions to address these issues.

With a strong background in workflow configuration and experience in project delivery roles, you will be responsible for developing and documenting detailed plans for implementing changes, including recommending software systems or workflow redesign.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and gathering information to understand the needs and challenges of the company.
  • Work closely with company employees and stakeholders to gain insights into the existing processes and systems.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies and solutions to address those areas.
  • Develop and document detailed plans for implementing changes, including recommending software systems or workflow redesign.
  • Configure Salesforce features to support clients' business requirements according to the organisations' expertise and skills.
  • Contribute to configuration and build of the Salesforce data models to help support business requirements.
  • Support the delivery of workshops to identify client needs leading to scoping project proposals.
  • Provide expertise during pre-sales in order to provide technical solutions and develop and review proposals.
  • Deliver the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant courses.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as Functional Consultant using Salesforce.
  • Background in workflow configuration.
  • Experience in project delivery role.
  • Prior experience in Implementation, Upgrade and Support.
