Nestle Territory Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nestle Territory Supervisor to join our team at Optimized Customer Solutions Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the attainment of territory sales, distribution, strike rate, merchandising, and collection objectives within set standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure optimum field sales performance through regular coaching.
  2. Achievement of sell-out, reach, distribution, strike rate, and market hygiene targets.
  3. Consistent application of standards and policies in assigned territory.
  4. Flawless Execution of monthly Cycle Plans.
  5. Management of Accounts Receivables.
  6. Effective Execution, reportage, feedback, and communication to Distributor Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • College Graduate.
  • Preferably 2 years field sales management experience in FMCG environment.
  • Demonstrates ability to lead people.
  • Management & Leadership Skills.
  • Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills.
  • Knowledge on functional roles in the organization.
  • Knowledge on both modern and general trade dynamics.
  • Knowledge of sales & distribution systems.
  • Knowledge on company policies, principles, and Labor Laws.
  • Computer Skills - MS Office.
  • Territory Development skills.
