Job Title: Data AnalystJob Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

    • Organize data effectively for subsequent use.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and correlations.
    • Develop data models, reports, and visualizations using statistical tools and software.
  • Reporting and Visualization:
    • Present findings in a clear and concise manner through graphs and reports.
    • Distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders as required.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with teams to comprehend their data needs and provide analytical support.
    • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Insights and Recommendations:
    • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to inform business decisions.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Documentation and Communication:
    • Document data analysis processes and methodologies.
    • Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in an analytical role, preferably as a Data Analyst.
    • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
    • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and data visualization.
    • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data modeling.
    • Programming languages like Python or R are advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to explain complex data concepts to stakeholders effectively.
